The Department of Maximum Security Preparations Act (R.H. 1445) is a Martian Republican act signed into law by President Josh Taylor Stingray on September 4, 2006. The appropriation bill appropriates about $33.8 million in maximum security funding, nearly $1.2 million of which will go towards fencing off the southwest corridor of the maximum security prisons as well as other detainment camps and technology to prevent illegal combatants from escaping.
