Long ago, having come to take up the entire of Cas hrim, the Evrin Ogholm ceased to have any form of national identity, as there was no external nation to contrast themselves with. They became, instead, simply an organisation through which all the sentient life forms in the known universe cooperated. The various constituent organisations of the ogholm became dissasociated in the minds of the people. The ogholm is composed of various constituent bodies aranged in a complicated hierachy. At it's highest, it is devided into the four great guilds of like trades, the four high councils, two regions and various loby groups and taxonomical and cultural groups.
