OKAY, HERE'S-A-HOW THIS IS GONNA PROBABLY WORK UNTIL SOMEONE DOESN'T DO IT THIS WAY:

Sub can do all the military and government and stuff. Yoshi is the prime minister, though. So there. And Sub needs to get on YIM, I have evidence Toadsworth is in no position of power whatsoever. Anyhowzit, if you want to add the SMRPG locations, okay, although I think some are probably in the not-Mushroom Kingdom. Isn't there like some Bean Way area that could very easily be put into the Beanbean Kingdom?

If there's another location you think should be added, post it here so I can figure out in what order and location it goes YAY

That's a part of the Mushroom Kingdom? Isn't it too far away?

And, um... wtc is a Coucilman? Is it really that important, or can it just be mentioned in the Government section?

Well... How long has it been since he was elected? Maybe he was thrown out of power. >_<

And the Councilman represents Mushroom Kingdom in the Council of Star World, which represents the planet as a whole on the universal level. Mushroom Kingdom has the High Councilman, who I put in the MWC and I'm too lazy to look up now, but basically he's the leader of the Council as a whole.
