Canadians are a somewhat strange lot. They take credit for what other Canadians have done as if the country did it as a whole. For example, all of Canada built the Canadarm, all of Canada developed Insulin, etc.

Also, if you ask most Canadians, the 1972 Hockey game against Russia is what really caused the end of the Cold War.
