New Players in Nomicapolis

• New player Finisterre joined at the end of December, immediately throwing himself into the game and voting on proposals. He proposed his first proposal soon after and continues to be an active part of Nomicapolis. The Nomicapolis Newsletter employed him as Features Editor and he, in his own words, "hopes to be a valued part of Nomicapolis for a long time to come."

• New player Oosizzo joined at the beginning of January, but little activity was seen from this player before they became inactive. However, speculation on whether or not we will see more of Oosizzo in the future continues.
