Nomicapolis welcomes its newest player, Chuck

The Newsletter is proud to announce that a new player has been added to the game. The new player known as Chuck has been added to the Census at around 19:00 (EST) on 05 December 2006, listed as 14th on the list, with total user count now at 21. After registering, Chuck dove right in and voted on proposal 327. This player is no stranger to the game of nomic, currently participating in a couple of games as well as running another.
