Oscar's Oasis

The original Oscar's Oasis opened in Veneta by Oscar Williams in 1935. The building was built in 1916 and had served as a restaurant and pool hall before Oscar's. The building pictured faced Broadway. Late in [1954]], the tavern moved into it. It was Oscar's for many years. For several years now, it has been known as Crazy Als Tavern. Located at the corner of 4th Street and Broadway, with the entrance on 4th Street.
