This page mentions the .com version after listing requirements and repeats them. How is the .com version different to the others?

In .co.uk, the island you start off with can NEVER be colonised. Feel free to clarify on the entry! Grendel 06:17, 6 April 2007 (EDT)

It's not clear what it take to colonize a island that not currently taken...
