The harbour is your connection to the outside world. Here you can build merchant ships and warships and send them out into the world. The more the harbour is expanded, the better the ships that can be built. Moreover, construction time is reduced.

Notes

Getting this facility upgraded to Level 10 will reward you with the ability to build Large Warships. Sail cannot be upgraded until the Harbour is sufficiently upgraded. Getting this to level 20 will allow you to build Colinization ships.
