Physical Attributes:
5'10" with brown hair and brown eyes. He has small ears with fused lobes and a surprisingly clean smile. He keeps himself well maintained and dresses well (if rurally). He has no tattoos, scars, or piercings.
Personality:
Wiley is a pleasant man with many rural charms. He is optimistic. He stays very polite and understanding at all times, addressing customers as 'sir' or 'miss'. He avoids conflict at all costs and folds easily when confronted. He is not ambitious and prefers to seize the day and take things one step at a time. He enjoys enlightening people with old folk stories and anecdotes relating to their situations. He has no phobias and has expressed no distinct likes or dislikes to date.
Abilities:
Aside from old country gentlemanship, Wiley has surprisingly little talents. He is a pretty big pushover when it comes to negotiating and has never done much outside the shop. He was good at kickball, but has rusted since he last played over 50 years ago.
Noteable Possessions:
None. Yet.

Backstory:
Wiley was born in Gal-Zabor, the only child of a Gateman mage (Teleport specialist) and his housewife. He lived a fairly simple life full of simple country pleasures in the safe and comfortable lifestyle his parents gave him. Having no magical aptitudes, he had an interest in simple business and with a loan from his father, opened his own General store that he ran his entire life. Wiley came to Mossy Knoll at the request of General Pertchin to vend out any supplies the small town may need. Seeing a nice place to retire with his wife, Wilma, he promptly left his General store in Gal-Zabor to open one in the Town Square.
Notes:
- Wiley used to accept IOUs for purchases due to the small town and lack of anywhere to go outside of it. However, ever since Lora never paid hers, it's been unknown if he still does.
- Wiley was made young by James, along with his wife.
- Wiley was deaf in one ear from age, but that vanished when he was made young again.
Where they are now:
Wiley still tends to his General Store. It's unknown what he does with his newfound youth. It's probable that he spends it with his wife, treating it like a second honeymoon.
