Brief Description
Mark is one of Samuel's NPCs. He's a male human and an ex-Sergeant of the MPLF. Finally, he's a total Mook Mincing Murder Machine armed with a unique Combi-Weapon. Think old film James Bond, though with less sex, armed with an assault rifle sized Lawgiver. He's even British, having moved to Mayhem two years ago.
P.S. He's recently been confirmed as a casualty in the battle against the MPLF. He died escaping from one of their bases, but not before transmitting a signal to the DOD.
Physical Description
Mark is a human male with a slim but muscled build, blue-grey eyes and short black hair. He also has a massive scar that runs from the outer corner of his right eye to his mouth, thin lips that often bare a cruel smile and a lantern jaw. He appears to be in his late thirties.
Personality
Mark is a borderline psychotic who suffers from severe Moral Myopia. If you're on his side, all’s well and good, but if your not, then you’re nothing. Just meat for the mincer. And that is what he is, an utter Mook Mincer, a One Man Army, a killing machine that’s capable of slaughtering untold numbers of people without blinking an eye. Providing they ain’t “one of us”, of course.
Apart from the above, he's a nice guy. Both friendly and personable, with an intelligent mind and complex political views. He's very right-wing in his views, yet believes wholeheartedly in democracy and civil liberties, for example. And providing you aren't on his 'non-entity' list, he's fully capable of defending his views in debate. All in all, a generally decent person, if you can ignore the blood on his hands.
The Gun
Mark's signature weapon is an improvement on the Bunny Electro-Magnetic Carbine. In addition to the grenade launcher, it also mounts a flamethrower, holds a sword in a Hyperspace compartment and fires 11mm rounds instead of standard size. Hyperspace technology is also used to give it multiple extended ammo clips, holding roughly 200 rounds per ammo type, for all three weapons. Finally, it has voice and Aural recognition, so modes can be changed by verbally and it recognizes its owner, so only Mark can use it.
History
Mark was a Sergeant in the MPLF until very recently. On the run from the authorities for the murder of a DF R&D scientist, his whole family and the theft of the prototype weapon he was working on, he encountered Samuel in disguise. Some Mind Control Cream later, Mr Porter and his stolen gun had a new boss.
