Watch the news for a couple hours

You decide to watch the news for a while, since you don't feel that tired. You flip to channel 2 and start watching TV. You see a news reporter talking about an escaped lab experiment that scientists have been using to study the effects of harmful viruses. They said that their test subject has escaped the building and can now infect people in the outside world. The reporter interviewed one of the scientists who was working on the patient. He said that the virus they injected into the test subject made him extremely violent and irrational- like an evolved form of rabies. You switch off the TV, thinking, "What kind of person honestly believes this crap." Then, you fall asleep on you couch next to your friend Jon. In the morning you are shaken awake by Trent. He yells at you to wake up and that their under attack. You get off the couch and see that both the front door and the sliding glass door to the backyard are all boarded up. You demand to know what's going on. You follow Trent to your upstairs bedroom while he quickly explains that right now the house is under attack by what look like zombies. Then Jon walks into the bedroom holding a metal bat, a crowbar, and a big steak knife. "We have to get out of here." he says, And he holds the 3 weapons in front of you. It seems as though you have to pick one.
