The device worked perfectly on one mind, time to try if it can handle more. You look at every member of your family one after the other and think: I'll stay home today and you're totally fine with it.
You: "I'm not feeling all that well, I think I'll stay home today."
A second passes by without anyone speaking and you're already getting afraid that it didn't work, but suddenly your mother nods, then your father and your sister.
Mother: "Sure, honey."
That's it. Your sister continues with her breakfast and your parents continue with their debate. They're not the kind of people, who would just allow their child to stay home like that. This was definitely the device's doing.
Your father Philip finally convinces your mother of his argument and jumps up after having looked at his watch. He finishes his coffee in a hurry, kisses the girls goodbye and gives you a high-five.
Philip: "Have a great day, guys and gals!"
With these words he leaves the house. Your sister has to go soon aswell, as the school bus will arrive in around 20 minutes. She finishes her tea, stands up and goes to the bathroom to brush her teeth. Your mother has picked up the newspaper and is reading something while sipping the last drops of her warm, black coffee.
So, no school for you today! What should you start your free day with?
