Temporal/Try to move your body

You try and move your hand, but it feels like it takes hours just for the signal to go from your brain to your arm.
Suddenly you are standing in a room. Your arm flings up wildly from the effort you put into moving it, and you feel momentarily disoriented. You can hear loud booming noises coming from somewhere nearby.
You look around and find yourself in a small room. The room has some scattered destroyed furniture and looks like it has seen better days. There are holes in the walls, ceiling and floor. It smells damp and rotted. Peering through the holes in the walls and ceiling you can see a hazy light coming in from outside. Outside you can see several buildings around, all of which look as damaged and run-down as the one you are in. Behind you you see once again the familiar bedroom door standing closed.
Suddenly you realize that you are in YOUR BEDROOM! But what has happened to it? You can hardly recognize it in the state it is in.
