"You were born without manners, I see. But never mind," she replies. "We'll have tea out here on the step." She sounds almost nervous. Hurrying in to her kitchen, she returns with two large cups.
"Watch it," Jann whispers in your ear. "I don't trust this one. Not that I care what happens to you, of course."
