Slip into the dark suite

You slip into the darkened suite. In the dim light you can make out that it is one large room with s sunken center area for a living room. Off to one side is an enormous bed, currently occupied by the fat man and the two topless young women. On the other side is the door to the hallway and what looks to be a kitchen. You quietly work your way across the room, dodging empty champagne bottles, a room service cart, and the discarded clothes of the room's other occupants. Laughter and giggling is coming from the bed as the fat man enjoys himself with the two topless women.
You get to the peephole and look out through it to see an empty hallway, but your field of view is very narrow and you can't really see to the sides... there might still be guards out there. Even so, it is obvious that there were women in this room so they might not pay attention to you slipping out as long as you head back to the elevator - but that's not your goal... Ivan is. You can't wait to get your hands on that sick son of a bitch.
As you are lost in your thoughts, you hear movement behind you and turn to see one of the topless young women approaching. She sees you and stops dead in her tracks. She is about your size with long black hair cascading down around her large tits. She wears nothing but a red thong bikini bottom showing off her nice toned body and long legs. She appears to be intoxicated as she looks at you, swaying. "I thought there were shupposhed to be three of ush..." she slurs loudly as she continues to approach you. "I'm going to freshen up real quick and then we can go take care of this big boy." She winks at you and disappears into the bathroom.
"Hey, I heard that you little minx" the fat man says from across the room. "I've always said three's a crowd and four is a gang... a gangbang maybe!" He laughs raucously. "Well, what are you waiting for sexshy...you found the right room, join the party!".
Well, you have been spotted, but these three are all probably pretty wasted and you can still slip out into the hallway. If you stay you will need to make sure that these three are incapacitated in one form or another.
