The man you have shifted into is not a police officer. His name is Michael Steiner and he's a notorious mercenary. The woman with him is Rebecca Gallo, his partner and girlfriend. Surprisingly, that's all you're able to find out. You can't access all of memories. But hey, at least you're in control of his body.
