You fly out to Seattle and purchase a nice house in the ritzy section of town. You prepare to settle in and vanish from sight.
But one week after the papers are signed on your house, you recieve a call from the majority owner of the Seattle Seahawks football team. Apparently the real estate agent who sold you the house is a close friend of his and mentioned that a new resident who paid for his house in all cash without needing a loan has moved in. The majority owner concludes you must be fabulously wealthy and offers you a chance to buy a minority stake in the team.
