Ride in ambulance

you wake up to find your-self still riding in the ambulance. there are no windows and you are not sure where you are. the road is bumpy and every muscle in you is bruised because you happen to be lying down on you arms still in the straight jacket.
the ambulance hits another dip in the road and you fly up out of the stretcher and hit the wall. the lights flicker and you black out, but just before you blackout you hear the redheaded boy's voice whispering....
