Pokemon: PTA Start (Mudkip)

You place your hand on the Pokeball, feeling the glow around you, the light surging through the classroom. You looked back at the blinding light, but it was replaced by a small blue Pokemon, with Orange cheeks and a fin on the top of its head. Seeing you for the first time, it scurried behind the teacher and started groaning slightly.
You peek round your teacher and see that the poor thing is terrified! You try to place a hand on the Mudkip, but it went back to the Pokeball and sealed itself inside.
"Jack... are you sure? This particular Mudkip is very shy and is very hard to train. The only person it will let touch it is me!" Your teacher said "But..." She Whispered "I think you can handle it, you are at the top of the class y'know. If you need extra help after school, just ask."
You nod and pick up the Pokeball, walking out of the lab, back into the main class to sit down in your seat, ready for the long day.
It is the first day of your 3 year in the PTA, meaning this is the day you get your first Pokemon. Originally, it was you received your first Pokemon at 18, but when introducing a new class where Prof. Oak comes into school and shares his knowledge on Pokemon relationships with humans, aka, Bonds class. Meaning that having a Pokemon you can develop your own bond with will help with the learning greatly.
A quick 10 minutes pass, leaving only one girl left in the lab, your best friend, Hettie. Hettie with a pink-haired leader type of girl who always likes to be in control and always has a sense of adventure.
Once everyone sits down, Prof. Oak walks in and Bonds class starts.
He starts to talk about how Pokemon Bonds increase more when doing activities together, such as battling, entering contests and having adventures. "You bond between you and your Pokemon will not just increase over time, you need to experience and grow together, try to talk to them with compassion. That's why i am splitting this class into several separate groups. Starting from next week you will all be in different classes, depending on what you want to do when your older. If you wan't to work in a Pokemon center, be a breeder, Gym leader, win the Pokemon league. Each class will specify each way of improving your Bonds with that skill. Take these forms home and get them back by Friday please."
And with that, he passes round a form for each person, then gets on with the starting lesson.
He then tells you all to send out your Pokemon, everyone does and is already hugging theirs, but Mudkip doesn't want it, he just sits there, looking nervous. You see Hettie on the other side of the room, with her Pokemon, a Pidgey rubbing against her hand, already friends. The day was very long, at lunch you and Mudkip didn't look at each other.
At the end of the day, your mum hugs you and looks at your Pokemon, she goes to pick it up, but like earlier, it jumped right inside it's Pokeball. After you told your mum, you gave her the letter Prof. Oak gave you earlier. She read it out:
Dear parent/carer, As you may know, a new class has started called bonds class. This is where....
And students will be split into seperate classes on Mondays for a lesson with their Pokemon depending on what their, 'dream' is. Please Tick one of the choices below.
You mum looks at you and ask's "which do you want to do dear?"
(NOTE:This is where the story changes completely. Depending on what choice you pick, that is what you will aim to do in this story. Although, there may be an option later to work for team Rocket as what you choose now. So if you now chose to be a Pokemon Trainer, then you might get the chance to work as a Pokemon grunt.Pokemon Gym leaders and Pokemon center work etc. will also come later.)
