Piggy's Day/Stay in the theater for now
From Create Your Own Story
Piggy: "Good, It'll take at least half an hour for John to get here. Meanwhile I can stay and watch the qualifications worry-free."
Contestant number 10 is being carried away on a stretcher.
Gyorge: "Please step on the stage, contestants 11, 12, 13, 14, 15.."
Juflop: "Wait! Us judges have determined that number 10 has shown exceptional toughness in his preformance, and will be let through to the next round."
The audience gives a round of applause.
Fan: "Hah, what a scam! The man clearly has brain damage; I'll eat my shirt if he even makes it to the finals."
Piggy: "Think of it this way: if he really IS the toughest stick-man, he'd win despite that obvious setback."
Fan: "Oh yeah? I'm willing to bet a thousand dollars that John Timberman will make it further in the competition than number 10."
Piggy: "You're on!"
You both give the money to the stick-man sitting between you two for safekeeping. After the qualifications are over, you and the stakeholder head back to Indiana's apartment.
Indiana: "Piggy, based on the qualifications, do you have a favourite already?"
Piggy: Sure do. I already bet money on number 10."
Indiana: "Hm. How typical to pick a stick-man who stands out in a crowd, even if not for their advantage."
Piggy: "What do you think of his chances?"
Indiana: "I've been doing this show since the beginning, and I can tell you that sometimes the undertakers really do win. In 31977 the winner lost an arm in the qualifications. In 31692, the now-five-time-champion Brandon MacHoff won for the first time - after nearly being eaten by a tyrannosaurus in the survival round. It's very unlikely, but yes, he can win."
Piggy: "So you're telling me that John once lost to a guy with one arm? I should've seen that."
Indiana: "We have it on tape."
The following morning, all 100 remaining contestants are in the theater. There is no audience, and Gyorge is wearing a space suit.
Gyorge: "Welcome back to the second part of the competition: the famous, even infamous SURVIVAL ROUND. Today, the audience is sitting comfortably at home. In only a few minutes we'll open the door into Pluto's harsh environment. But first, let's take a look at the rules."
The tele-sphere shows an infographic about the rules and mechanics of the survival round.
Tele-sphere: "As usual, the survival rounds are held in the natural environment of the planet. All 100 contestants will be given a chicken egg that they must protect. The eggs have sensors inside of them, so if the eggs break, the contestant will be teleported back inside, and is out of the game. The contestants need to try and break the others eggs - only the best 10 will make it into the finals."
Gyorge: "The gates are opening just now! Number 12 runs out first. About half of the contestants hold the egg in their mouth for protec- FIRST CONTESTANT ELIMINATED! Number 6 hits the egg from the hand of number 99! There's a large fight going on in front of the door, and now five more contestants are eliminated! Number 12 has already climbed on a small mountain, and is fending off 23 and 24, who seem to have allianced."
The door leads to a crevasse surrounded by mountains all around. Some contestants consider the dangerous animals to be much less dangerous than actual players, and will climb out of the crevasse.
Gyorge: "The first contestants have already cleared the crevasse... and HERE COME THE PERMAFORST-WORMS! Their favourite food is frozen egg whites, and permafrost-worms were expected to be the first ones to attack. Number 76, John Timberman, the reigning champion, is beating up the last few contestants in front of the door, using a solid-frozen egg of an eliminated player."
You are in Indiana's apartment viewing the show from the tele-sphere, along with the fan, and your stakeholder.
Piggy: "Wow, this is pretty brutal."
Indiana: "Mmm-hm. It's been estimated that about six metal albums are composed from each of these competitions."
Fan: "Goddang! Where's number 10? According to the scoreboard, he's not yet out of the game."
Piggy: "Hohohooo! I'm going to win this!"
