You retreat slowly, dodging his thrusts narrowly and swinging a scimitar back at him occasionally to test his defense. You can't really reach him though. After a while, you notice he's trying to drive you against the arena wall. It doesn't work out for him as you dart around him after dodging a spear thrust. He realizes you've caught on to his plan and his irritation causes him to make a big attack. You duck under it and close the distance between you in a heartbeat.

Your scimitar flashes and blood spurts from a wound in his left shoulder. Mercilessly, your second scimitar comes in low. he tries to pull back his spear to block it, but he doesn't make it in time. Your scimitar slices into his soft flesh and blood flies off your blade as you prepare for the next attack. Your opponent falls to his knees and weakly tries to keep you at a distance with his spear, but you drop one of your scimitars and easily catch his weapon. Yanking the spear out of his hands, you kick him down to the ground where he lies clenching a gaping wound that runs all over his stomach. You stare at him for a while, your heart pounding in your chest, before realizing you've won.

The audience cheers loudly and they encourage you to humiliate the loser, they obviously want you to put on a show...
