You go and look out the window next to you.
IT'S YOUR NEMESIS, ROCKETBOY!!!
He is holding his signature weapon, a rocket launcher, and is trying to shoot a young lady. You go and get changed into your costume and run outside. Luckily, Rocketboy missed his shot and hit a lampost instead. You go behind him and stretch your hand and grab the rocket launcher out of his hands. You quickly grab him as well, so he won't retaliate.
After less than 2 minutes of holding him, the police arrive and take him to custody. Another day's job for FLAT!! You gotta get a new name soon...
