Well, no time like the present, right?
You kick your legs over the side, dragging the weights with them. The boat rolls to the side and the weights pull you overboard.
Water rushes past as you're dragged down, further and further, but for as far out as you are, the water here isn't as deep as you expected. Where the weights land nobody would see you from the surface but you kind of expected to go a lot deeper.
You can't really see that well though, the water isn't very clear. You can sort of make out some fish and plant life. The movement of the water around you is gentle, and would be soothing if it weren't for the fact that your lungs have started to burn from trying to hold your breath.
As you look around, you think you see something coming towards you. What is it?
