You run for it. It's a lot harder than you expected, though. With the handcuffs preventing you from swinging your arms, maintaining your balance is quite difficult as you dart through the trees. The beeping continues, making it impossible for you to find a good hiding spot.
Stealing a glance behind you, you see the form of a man running toward you, and you're spurred on to greater speed. Up ahead, you hear the sound of running water, and sooner than you expect you find yourself on a high bank overlooking a stream. You could jump in, but that might slow you down and make you easier to catch, or you could turn and run along the bank. What do you choose?
