Knock on the front door

You knock, firmly, on the front door. You wait for a few moments, and hear footsteps approaching.
The door is pulled open by a fully-grown female child. She has a full body and plump breasts under her gown. Her eyes widen at the sight of you, and she seems so scared that she can't even scream.
"Who is it, honey?" another female voice from within asks.
"Help..." she says, barely above a whisper.
"What was that?"
You smile at the frightened young woman and help yourself in. The girl stumbles back, until she falls and lands on her rear. The moment you enter, the dropping of silverware is all you hear. You take a quick look around at the baffled family, and including the young woman on the floor, there's five in total. The father, who seems to be in his mid forties. The mother, who looks only a few years younger. And two young girls, one no older than ten, the other barely in her teens.
The silence is certainly awkward, and you aren't entirely sure what to do in this situation.
