Keep trying to fight off the shot tentacle monster

You know you don't have long before the alien cuts off your air supply for good. Its tentacle is showing no signs of releasing your throat. You continue to fire rounds into the beast until you hear a terrible clicking noise. Just as all hope seems lost, you feel the tentacle's grip relax. The alien slumps to the ground, dead.

You collapse alongside the alien, inhaling as much precious air as you can. You don't have much time to savor your victory, however, as you start to sense something approaching. Looking up, you see another alien right in front of you, preparing to put its tentacles to work. Suddenly, the alien convulses and falls down. Behind it stands a soldier, carrying a tool that resembles a large cattle prod.

"Secure the girls, get the aliens off them!" the soldier shouts to his subordinates. More guards rush into the room, carrying the same electroshock weapons. As they subdue the remaining aliens, the soldier kneels down and looks your throat over to see if the alien left a mark.

"Swallow," the soldier says. With some difficulty, you manage to do so. The soldier helps you to your feet.

"Get those girls into second room," he informs the guards. "The aliens didn't touch this one. I'm bringing her down to the medical lab."
