The idea that this wasn’t a real clown and instead some freak was too much for Katie. Determined not to give the clown a chance to do anything further, Katie did the only thing she could think to do: run. Kranky shouted something that got another laugh from the crowd as she ran, but Katie was too busy panicking to notice what it was. In fact, she was so busy panicking she wasn’t even paying attention to we’re she was going, instead just running as far from the clowns crowd as possible. It wasn’t until she stopped to breathe that she noticed where she ended up.
