“Will you really?” she asks you, feeling excited.
“Sure,” you say. This girl is probably the easiest catch you’ve ever had. “Come on. I’ll let you meet my friends.”
You scan the room for Karen and Misha and find that they’re not in the usual table. They seem to have disappeared. And that only means one thing, so you lead her to the hallway.
You pass a couple of doors and hear a small whimper from a nearby room.
“What was that?” she asks you.
You notice that the room creating such a sound is none other than the Principal’s office. You look at Emily and she is curious too.
