Hear voices coming from towards the trail

You hear the voices of two or three men coming from the direction of the trail and they are getting louder but you can't tell how far off they are, all you know is the trail goes within view of where you left your clothes.
If you move quickly you may be able to get to your clothes and hide putting them on later, surely you won't have enough time to get dressed before they get here.
You notice a fallen tree whose branches reach into the water to the left of your clothes and can probably hide there till the men leave, assuming they don't notice your clothes and investigate the pond too closely.
