From Create Your Own Story
You go up to the 4th floor and enter the tv room. It's still the middle of the afternoon, so there are few people in the dorm and none in the room with you. The TV and furniture are oriented so that the door is at the back of the room.
You decide to turn on the TV. Considering Kaya's accent, you consider it a happy coincidence that there happens to be a British sitcom on the public broadcasting station right now, even if you have no intention of watching it.
