Go to the McDonalds

You decide to go to the McDonalds.
"C'mon, guys, let's go to Mickey D's."
Your Dad looks concerned. "Do you even know what they put in their food?"
You shrug; it's not something you want to think about. Eventually, your family and Alex decide to go there since you are all hungry.
The man waves, and smiles at you. You start to run. When you reach the McDonalds, you order a Bacon Cheeseburger. The woman at the counter gives you the food, and you devour it. By the time you are finished, your parents and Alex are only half way done.
"This is disgusting." Your mom whispers.
You feel your stomach groan, and you run to the bathroom. When you reach the stall, however, you black out and fall to the ground.
You wake up, and your head hurts. People are surrounding you, trying to reach 911.
Alex points at you and says "He's awake!" A man who looks like a doctor checks your pulse. "I think you have been poisoned. Drink this."
He gives you a vial of purple liquid.
