Without any real direction, you start heading out of the city. As you pass by street after street of abandoned, desolate nothingness, your feeling of being completely alone increases and you feel a tightening in your chest. It is not a nice sensation. After what feels like days of driving you reach what you recognize as the George Washington Bridge which leads to New Jersey. With a feeling of half-hope and half-fear you begin the drive over the empty bridge....
You gaze out the car window as you drive along, then with a heart-wrenching shock you turn your head. You are sure that you just saw a blur of someone walking along the bridge in the other direction. But as you slow the car to a stop and look back you see no one...
