Emma is a single child, who live with her mother, Abby and step-dad, John. Emma's father died in a fire when he was a firefighter. Emma wasnt even born at he time, as Abby, her mother was 8 months pregnant at the time. Thankfully your mother had a well paying job beforehand and could Emma growing up as an infant, toddler, and a child. Emma's mother married John, Emma's stepdad when she was 11 months pregnant. John was a childhood friend of Emma's mother and was close with her.
