Do something to ensure Turner won't get up any time soon (but not kill him).

You find some rope from the rowboat that Sparrow came over in and tie Turner's feet and hands.
That eliminates him for a while.
Now you:
- Try to open the chest without the key while Sparrow's running away.
- Put Turner in the rowboat and push it out to sea.
- Chase after Sparrow.
