You search your database on the Staff of Minos. It belonged to the King of Crete during the times of ancient Greece. He used the staff while travelling to find Daedalus. It granted the user the endurance to walk 10,000 miles before rest. When he died, it was brought to the center of the Labyrinth, where it supposedly rests today. It also mentions the presence of a Guardian as well.
Hmmmmm..., you think. The text states the supposed guardian was a hybrid of man and beast. That only leaves one possibility which is a Minotaur. But the Minotaur was killed by Theseus, so the maze should be empty? In that case, a shotgun won't be necessary I hope. The sun sets as you finish your research.
