You spend another hour or so comfortably watching the news on your purple lounge suite.
With a pang of hunger nipping at your insides you decide to head into the kitchen and pour yourself some cereal. You listen to the news while in the kitchen. After a series of gunshot wounds to the head, the man died at the scene and later on police were able to find several suspects who will be interviewed later today, hopefully being identified by a witness, the TV said. In other news, the local strike has since been cancelled after constant complaints from parents in the area who say they do not have anyone to watch their children while they're out or working. In local schools they have organised a small group of teachers to take care of students. We aren't quite sure how the strike started but hopefully the issue is soon resolved.
You groan audibly. If you had not stayed to watch the news you could've patrolled the streets before the strike was revoked.
You sit down on the couch and begin eating your coco-pops cereal in silence with the only sound being the crunch of your coco-pops.
