Argue your case with Daphne

"Come on, Daphne!" you shout over her. "Hear me out!"

Daphne gets out of the tub and stands there crossing her arms. You stand up in the tub and look at her.

"Look, it's not what it looked like," you say before she cuts you off.

"Really? Not what it looked like, huh? What was it then?"

"It... I..." you stammer, a bit flustered by all of this. "I just thought it would be helpful for you."

"For me?" she asks, impatiently cutting you off again.

"For you, for me," you continue. "Helpful for us to have some sort of connection that wasn't us angry with each other."

"So sex would make this better?" she asks.

"Yes, I mean, no," you say, stumbling over your words. "I don't know. Angry sex is a thing."

Daphne rolls her eyes and points to the door.

"Out," she says.

"But..." you try to say.

"Out! Now," she repeats.
