ArFa-Sys is a type X, which is an incredible rare AI that you can obtain in Gun Gale Online. At the start of the game, you have found your ArFa-Sys by accident thanks to Kureha. Everyone around you calls your partner 'Rei', but you however called her by the name that you found suiting for how she looks like, that being: Dawn. Throughout the story, Dawn develops, and so does her taste for her appearance. Instead of her silver short hair, she decided to change her hairstyle and her outfit, that made her look more human. She exchanged her standard outfit for a black dress, and she exchanged her short hair for straight long hair. She also changed her hair color, so that it is now white instead of silver. As a reference to her original name, which was inspired by how she looked like at the start, she gave her hair purple highlights. Regarding her eyes, you once told her that you like girls with red eyes. So in order to surprise you with her make-over, she insisted in changing her eye color to red.
After the events of the True Ending, Dawn is able to visit her mother. She was never able to do this if it weren't for your heroic efforts to help her in the best way you can. This made Dawn fall in love with you, and you undoubtedly notice this. Despite her being an AI, you got no reason to not fall in love with her. Her behavior and actions perfectly resemble those of a human, so you don't have the feeling at all that you are talking to a robot at all.
