A tunnel of light

You stand in a bright tunnel of light. You look around you and suddenly spot four arrows on the "floor". One black arrow in front of you, one red arrow behind you, an arrow made of sand to your left, and what appears to be a seemingly endless trail of small green arrows to your right.
