Knock on the front door

You knock, firmly, on the front door. You wait for a few moments, and hear footsteps approaching.
The door is pulled open by a fully-grown female child. She has a full body and plump breasts under her gown.
"Hello," you say, bowing deeply. "May I come in?"
The female looks like she can't decide whether to scream in terror or allow you passage. You reach out and take her hand in yours. "I intend no harm, child."
