Zombie Outbreak/Swing the hummer door open and pull the zombie out by the throat

You open the door and quickly grab the zombie's throat (where it can't bite your hand), yanking it out of the vehicle onto it's back. You then use your bat to splatter it's head on the pavement. You hop into the hummer and drive out of the parking lot and down the road a ways, not minding to crush a couple of undead or push some abandoned vehicles from your path.
