You run over to help the paramedic lift the man onto the stretcher. You and the paramedic have only started carrying the man to the hosptal when he grabs your arm and sinks his teeth into it, ripping out a sizable chunk. You drop your end of the stretcher and put your bat to good use, but it's too late; you are doomed to be undead now.
