You casually turn toward her and say, "Hi."
She glances at you dismissively at first, and then looks back again. She's wearing an expression you don't recognize. ... But you immediately recognize her face. She's your cousin's girlfriend, Sara! You met her last summer and you had your picture taken with her. She'd been grossed out by your face, of course, but your cousin had made her smile for the camera. You'd kept the picture and had lusted after her for the last 12 months, fantasizing about what you'd do with her if she were YOUR girlfriend ... and now she is right here. Your cousin is nowhere to be found.
With a sudden rush of adrenaline, you again realize that you look like an Adonis. Your cousin is a pretty decent-looking guy, but he's nothing like you are now. You begin to wonder if Sara might be tempted to cheat on your cousin with you...
With a newfound confidence, you say, "I'm Jack. And you are ..."
