You untie the woman and both flee. You reach the woman you met at the cave and she says, "Thank you. I have to tell you there was another part of the vision. The woman said there are others that need your help. She showed me where a portal is located that will take you to them."
Her girlfriend says, "But you don't have to go. You can stay with us and we will keep you safe, so long as we can play games with your amazing asshole, and other fun things."
