You rush back to your room, pull out your phone, and attempt to dial 911. Now you remember that you have zero reception, and you don't even get the sound of the number dialing. You find yourself staring at your useless phone as you hear Melanie's screams get worse and worse. In your head, you can only imagine the horrors of what she's going through.

You slump to the floor and begin to cry, feeling useless and worthless as Melanie screams and begs the men to stop. You can't help yourself. You feel absolutely pathetic.

It isn't long before one of the men kicks open the door to your room, and though you beg him to leave you be, he pulls a gun from his waist band and levels it with your head. Before you can even think to defend yourself, he pulls the trigger and splatters your brains all over your carpet.
