DA: The state calls Phil Chital.
Phil marches in, dressed in a simple suit. He's about the same height as Beane, but stocky rather than skinny, with dark hair, a fleshy face, and extremely bushy eyebrows, plus big, pendulous ears. His ethnicity is hard to place. He's thick around the middle but not really fat, as you remember from having seen him naked, and he's definitely got a big butt. His cock, from what you saw of it, is a standard six-incher, but he likes to put it in tight places where it's more than big enough.
Phil takes the oath, and explains that he moved into the nearest city just a few weeks ago, looking for work. He met Beane and Ovia in a chat room, drove out for a date or two, and found them to be very good company. The night in question, he remembers being introduced to Whitley, and you being called over.
DA: Did you notice anything unusual about the defendant?
Phil: Only whenever no one was paying attention, he seemed to be looking around for something.
DA: Did you get any idea what that might be?
Phil: Not at first. But he went off to take his shower, and I went in to take a piss. While I was in there, he poked his head out, and asked me if I had seen their spurs.
What??? That is a barefaced lie. Phil did go into the bathroom, and you kinda thought he was eyeing your ass through the shower door, but you didn't talk at all, and you didn't get out of the shower 'til he was gone.
DA: What did you tell him?
Phil: I told him no, I didn't know about any spurs, and why did he ask? He said something about "pony play." I didn't think anything of it until the police came later.
DA: No further questions.
Doc has nothing prepared for this witness, and he's fresh out of ideas. You whisper a quick suggestion.
Doc: Yeah, Mr. Chital, I'd like to ask you about...
