Tell Adam you have to take a piss and follow the girls downstairs.

"Ready to go, man?" Adam asks, with a plateful of pizza and a soda in hand.
"Yeah, I'm just gonna take a piss first. Meet you up there."
Once Adam is gone, you walk down to the rec room where the girls are sitting on respective couches. They see you come in and laugh again, looking over.
"What are you doing down here?" giggles Kara, flirty.
"We were just about to play truth or dare. Want to join?" Shayla asks, her question sultry.
