Your eyes skim over the entries. FOG – a spell of darkness, capable of blinding everyone but you. Handy for escapes, or for harmless practical jokes. Flipping further, you find TEL – the spell of mind-reading. What might the Chief Mage be thinking right now?
Then there’s CUM. You snort, reading the warning scribbled beside it: Use with discretion. The description of the spell’s effect is clinical. Your mind is already painting scenarios where such magic might prove... entertaining.
