There is no reason to hide. You do not fear these sprites. So you wave and call out to the thin, woman-like creatures you see as you sit up. They whirl around as soon as the hail passes your lips.
They point and gabble excitedly to another. One of them rises into the air and flies across the water to look at you more closely. You have never seen creatures like this before.
They are small, thin, elven-like women, with slender bodies and long, delicate-looking limbs. Their fair skin appears impossibly soft, and glows with a dull red luminescence. They have an otherworldly beauty unlike any of the women in Analland.
The closest one approaches you cautiously. "What are you, in our valley?" it demands. "What are you doing here?"
